Scheduling is flexible! If interested, please fill out the questionnaire first before signing up.
Join Megan for a personalized, hands-on woodworking session where we’ll dive deep into the craft, whether you’re a total beginner or looking to refine your skills. In this private four-hour class, I’ll guide you through a project of my choosing or one that sparks your inspiration.
We’ll start with a thorough introduction to safe and confident use of hand tools and/or power tools, tailored to your comfort level and experience. From there, I’ll walk you through the order of operations—how to approach a project efficiently, problem-solve along the way, and build a foundation of skills you can carry into future woodworking endeavors.
By the end of our session, you’ll not only have a finished (or well-underway) project but also a deeper understanding of materials, tool techniques, and the logic behind crafting something from start to finish. Whether you’re interested in furniture making, small home goods, or simply learning your way around a woodshop, this class is designed to meet you where you’re at and help you build confidence in your craft.
We want skill share to be accessible, please ask us about our BIPOC sliding scale!
